Christmas Art

These paintings were created by four young artists using masking tape and brush flicks to get these results. Nicholas (7) created an angel, Mike (10) went for the parcel effect, Darby (4) created a patchwork (with a little bit of help from Mum) and Tahlia (9) went for the traditional Christmas tree. These pieces will look great adorning the walls to add extra decoration next Christmas.

Today's Art Workshop - Topic - Flowers

What wonderful paintings done by some up-and-coming artists today. Paintings are by Grace (3), Tahlia (8), Isobel (7), Eden (8) and Darby (4). Darby wasn't much into flowers because he didn't think boys should paint those things, so we encouraged him to go free hand. Gracie combined craft with art and cut out her flower to paste onto the cavass after she had rolled and sponged the background beforehand. 3 cheers kids! Well done.
